Société anonyme des anciens établissements Zickel-Dehaître. Fonderie de fer, construction mécanique à Soissons. Fondée en 1846 par Pierre François Dehaître au Moulin de la Crise, ou Moulin Saint-Crépin. Devient ensuite Dehaître & Aubry, puis Zickel-Dehaître. La société ferme ses portes en 1982.
